I’ve loved every minute I’ve been a part of the Langley Marching Band. From the thrilling home football games to the electrifying marching band competitions, being in the marching band has been a fantastic experience. It has deepened my school spirit, introduced me to some of my closest friends, and greatly helped improve my skills as an overall musician.

Marching Assessment is where high school marching bands receive ratings from the Virginia Band and Orchestra Director’s Association (VBODA). The Langley High School Marching Band received the highest rating from every judge at the VBODA Marching Assessment this past marching season.
The Langley Marching Band performs at half time for the Langley vs. Madison High School football game. During the game, every time the Langley team scores, the band plays the school fight song. It really drums up the school spirit in me and gets me excited for the rest of the game.
